S. Mordan & Co silver coloured metal and enamel champagne bottle propelling pencil, 5cm high

There is a chip to the right side of the white enamel which measures 0.4cm x 0.3cm. The end of the propelling pencil where the lead comes out has a 0.3cm split. The base of the champagne bottle has been re soldered.
